This was from the first time I attended a festival and it was the massive Aliwan Fiesta at that. Armed with a P&S camera and almost zero knowledge on shooting these kinds of events, I ventured the streets of Luneta and tried to shoot at par with DSLR-toting guys. The result; a humility-inducing grand total of two good shots.
The lesson? Hmmm, I’m not sure if there is one other than to bring an umbrella just in case it rains.
