I always shoot infrareds with correct exposures, yesterday though, the sun hid for a few seconds behind some clouds while I was exposing and left the output a bit on the dark side. I was however pleasantly surprised to find the colors of the processed image to be far better than my retake with a more balanced exposure.
I think this is one of the most successful infrared photos I have done to date. The colors of the foliage are spot on and the sky still has that correct hints of blues. So note to self, underexpose.
