The rain fell hard last night. Come morning, the sky was still gray with a few patches of blue showing up every now and then. Still hoping the weather would improve, we pushed on with the day’s island activities.
Bad move. It was raining on and off throughout our tour. The only consolation we got was that the sea was as calm as if the weather was all sunshine. I like the fact that even though it was already 12 noon, the soft gray overcast light produced pretty nice gradients across El Nido’s towering karsts.
