Playing with slow shutters and motion blurs one lazy afternoon at the North Pine Apartments in Baguio City. The inn has a very modern stairwell that snakes up and down into four levels that’s just begging to be photographed. And although Baguio City has its share of ghost hauntings, I’m just glad our lodging’s has no part of that share.
